Bugur Organic is also used in tabbouleh (Arabic salad with parsley, tomatoes, onions, pomegranate, bulgur and lemon juice), but can also be used instead of rice in pilafs, stuffed peppers, stir-fries, meatless burgers or soups. It is higher in fibre, protein and vitamins than rice and has a low glycaemic index.
