When cooking with coconut oil it does not oxidize easily, does not produce the harmful effects that other cooking oils have, the burning point being at 180 degrees.
This coconut oil is deodorized.
Translucent liquid at over 24 degrees C, solidifies below this temperature and turns white.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, away from heat and light.
